SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SELLING AT “BRASEA” AUCTIONS

Effective from January 1st 2016

Auction bookings are preferred on an email, letter or ring in basis (we prefer in writing if at all possible )

Bookings will need to be from a financial “BRASEA” member

As the Auction is filled ( 350 - 375 lots ) remaining names will go on a “Reserve Listshould we have cancellations, the Reserve List entries will then be invited to take the lots, in a preferential order as under

1.  A financial BRASEA Member goes to the top of the list

2.    If you work for or assist BRASEA at Auctions and events

3.    If you are a member of an associated Society – Clearwing, Crest, Pied, Miniature, Bush Budgie, Birds of Colour, Rares WA, BSSA SA, United Vic, Any Tasmanian Club, St George BSNSW, West Sydney BSNSW, Northside BSNSW, Pine Rivers Qld, ABS Qld, any Nth Qld Club

(list will be modified as required )

4.    Those remaining on the “Reserve List”

We are still trying very hard to upgrade the quality of the birds sold at “BRASEA” Auctions -the $5 minimum fee for sales under $50 and passed in lots and scratchings will continue- the normal commission is 10% for sales over $50

We do have several opportunities in Sydney for Sale birds and we can assist you with that if you have birds you consider would sell for under $50

Vendors who persist with low quality entries, who do not assist on Auction day, or do not have their birds benched by 8am will be restricted to 5 – 10 lots only, or not allocated any lots at all..
